Next Day Dispatch
Order must be received by 12pm AEST for dispatch the following business day as a STANDARD shipping order. For other methods e.g. Express Shipping, please contact us as there will be additional costs. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note that dispatch will usually be the next working day. For tracked shipments, please allow 12 hours for tracking to begin.
Shipping of Goods
Once shipping is commenced, you will be issues a tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. We use Australia Post for deliveries and you can track your delivery online at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Do you provide a tracking number for delivery?
Yes, all on purchased products you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched, please allow 24 hours for the parcel to register in the Australia Posts system.
Cancelling or changing your order?
If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change, please contact us and our friendly team will assist wherever possible. Please make contact within 24 hours of placing your order or alternatively on a weekend please make contact on the first business day following.
However, once your purchase has been dispatched we are unable to add to, remove from or modify your order.
Do you ship internationally?
The products and deals we put in place are for Australian deliveries only. However, if you really would like to buy our products, please contact us and we will work with you on your delivery.
How will I know if you have successfully received my order?
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk mail – so please check here, as you may not have shopped online with us before.
What if I have entered an incorrect address?
If you have misspelt or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply contact us immediately if the address is wrong, and we can correct this within a few hours.
No refund will be given after 12 hours of incorrect submission.
How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders generally take 3-7 working days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer.
Orders placed on marketplaces such as eBay may take an additional two business days.
At the time of supply, we have inspected and take pride in all our products. We want you to be confident and pleased with the purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may want to return what you have purchased.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return our product or are not happy with the product we will accept your return or exchange should:
- Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
- You have proof of purchase; and
- Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
Kindly ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping and that return shipping is at your expense.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods and our customer service team will promptly review the issue.
Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped. Uniqnelydesignedkids.com.au will provide exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. For faulty or damaged items we will require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the earliest possible time. Your refund time will also depend on the bank processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale Item, Special/Bundled Offers (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If received damaged – refer to Faulty or Damaged items policy above.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
